How much does this service cost?

Prices vary depending on vehicle size, group size, destination and pick up locations. Please contact our private car and driver hire belfast team with your requirements to get a quotation.

How do I pay?

For peace of mind, you can request an invoice to pay in advance. You can also pay with cash on the day of your trip. The choice is yours.

Are the vehicles wheelchair friendly?

Yes, wheelchair friendly vehicles are available. If you have any additional needs, please make us aware at the time of booking so we can design and customise our service to suit your specific needs.

Where are the pickup and drop off points?

We can collect you and drop you off at your hotel, cruise ship or at various locations in Belfast. Please inform us of your preference at the time of booking.

How will we meet the chauffeur driver at the airport?

After you clear customs and come into arrivals, look for your chauffeur who will be holding a sign or name board. If you have provided a mobile contact number the chauffeur will also send you an SMS before the flight lands with directions of their presence and whereabouts.

If for some reason you can’t find the driver, please call us on +44 (0)7713 640 647, or call the chauffeur’s mobile number directly. Please do not leave the terminal or go outside until you have found us.

If my flight is delayed, but I do not have the new flight details, what should I do?

Contact us by email and phone to let us know, and once the new details are issued then inform us again.

If my flight details change what should I do?

Please contact us, by email or phone and we will update your booking with the new details.

Will the chauffeur ever drive in excess of speed limits?

No never. Our chauffeurs are all experienced drivers who would never speed because it’s breaking the law. Plus we would never want to endanger ourselves or our passengers.

Will the chauffeur drive gently and considerately?

Our chauffeurs will always drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.

Will the chauffeur respect my privacy and confidentiality?

Most definitely. All of our chauffeurs have signed non disclosure confidentiality agreements, and are not allowed to repeat anything said in the vehicle. What is said in the vehicle, stays in the vehicle.

Will the chauffeur chat to passengers?

Our chauffeurs are polite and friendly, with plenty of knowledge,  stories and craic to share. However equally, if a client wishes for quiet we are happy to respect their wishes and will be polite and discreet at all times. Chauffeurs will always answer any questions passengers have.

Will the chauffeur open doors for passengers?

Most definitely. Not only is this courteous, but it is also safer for passengers too.

Will the chauffeur carry my bags / luggage?

Yes, our chauffeurs will always offer to help carry and assist with passenger bags and luggage.

Will the chauffeur use a mobile phone whilst driving?

No never. This is against the law. We would never do anything to endanger the life of ourselves or our passengers.

How will the chauffeur be dressed?

Our chauffeurs will always be smartly dressed, in shirt and tie.

Will the vehicle be clean?

All our vehicles are washed and valeted before and after use.

Can I charge my phone and or laptop in the vehicle?

Yes! Our private hire vehicles come equipped with AC Plugs.

Does your vehicles have umbrellas?

Yes, strong high quality umbrellas are found in all vehicles.

Am I able to access the internet via WiFi in the vehicle?

Yes! All our vehicles have complimentary WiFi.

Will bottled water be available in the vehicle?

Yes, bottled water is provided free to passengers and can be found in each vehicle.

With Co-vid what steps are you taking to protect yourselves and passengers?

All our vehicles are cleaned outside and inside, before and after use. Vehicle interiors are sterilised and all vehicles come with a supply of face masks and hand sanitiser for passenger use. Chauffeurs will wear face masks at all times and will keep a safe distance (at least  1 metre) away from  passengers always.
